Open Minded Creative Solutions provides website graphic design and web development based on the WordPress platform, Elementor Visual Builder, and WordPress Plugins.
Website Care Plans: hosting and maintenance packages, including website and plugin updates, backups, and necessary fixes resulting from our technical work.
We offer three basic packages based on website functionality and complexity:
– Basic: Simple card/static/portfolio websites
– Plus: Blogs, restaurants, advanced portfolios
– Advanced: Websites with interactive components like user logins and e-commerce.
Each package will be reviewed according to the specifics of each application.
1. Clients may choose to pay for our Care Plans on a monthly basis.
2. Payments will be automatically processed on the 1st day of each month, at the beginning of the billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds
1. There will be no refunds as payments begin after the website is created and finished.
2. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of prepaid annual plans.
3. Care Plan cancellation may be requested based on individual agreements with a customer and its specific project.
Service Levels and Guarantees
1. Clients can expect our response and assistance within 24 hours if a website experiences technical issues caused by our work.
2. If a website is damaged due to client edits, we will charge for necessary fixes.
3. We guarantee 99% website uptime and smooth functionality.
Data Handling and Privacy
1. We do not store card payment information.
2. User data, such as full names and billing details, will be securely stored in our database, accessible to users through login.
3. We are compliant with data protection laws, including GDPR.
Intellectual Property Rights
1. We own the website until the project is fully paid.
2. During the monthly payment plan, we secure access to plugin updates and essential website settings to prevent technical changes that could break the website by the client.
We are not responsible for the content or harm caused by a client’s website to its viewers.
1. We reserve the right to terminate services if a monthly payment is not made after two reminders.
2. A website will be temporarily switched off after the second reminder until payment is received.
1. We will communicate with clients regarding updates, changes, or issues through website dashboard, email, WhatsApp, or Slack.
2. Email is the preferred method of contact.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. In the event of a dispute, we encourage clients to contact us directly for resolution.
2. We may consider alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
3. Any claim, dispute, or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and parties agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
OMCS reserves the right to terminate your account, subscription, and/or access at any time, and for any reason at our sole discretion.
